Add your logo, colour and welcome message
Go to Settings, then Branding, to upload your logo, choose your portal colour and write a welcome message. Denby turns your logo into the favicon clients see in their browser tab, and checks that your colour is dark enough for white text, so every client can read the portal header.
Upload your logo
- Go to Settings, then Branding.
- Under Logo, choose a PNG or JPEG file up to 2 MB, then select Upload.
Denby trims empty space around the logo, makes a version for the portal header and emails, and creates favicon and app icons in every size browsers need. SVG files aren’t accepted, because they can contain code. If your logo is mostly dark, Denby shows it on a small white plate on the portal header so it stays visible.
Choose your colour
Turn on Use my brand colour and pick a colour, or type it as six hex digits. The portal header puts white text on this colour, so it has to reach a contrast ratio of 4.5:1. The form shows the ratio as you choose; if it’s too light, pick a darker shade. The preview shows exactly what clients will see.
Write a welcome message
Under Welcome message, write a sentence or two clients see on their portal home, above what’s waiting for them. Keep it plain; for example: “Everything for your project in one place. Upload what we’ve asked for and we’ll take it from there.”
Select Save branding when you’re done.
Greeting and reply-to
On Settings, then Portal, you can set a Portal greeting (shown before the client’s first name) and a Reply-to address, so replies to Denby emails reach your inbox.
