A white label client portal on your own domain
Denby's client portal carries your firm's identity, not ours: your logo, your brand colour, your favicon in the browser tab and, from the Studio plan, your own domain such as clients.yourfirm.com. Client emails lead with your name and logo; Denby's name appears once, in the email footer.
What you can do with it
Your logo becomes your favicon
Upload a PNG or JPEG and Denby makes the portal logo and every icon size from it, so clients see your mark in their browser tab and on their phone's home screen.
Your colour, checked for legibility
Pick your brand colour for the portal header. Denby checks it's dark enough for white text and explains if it isn't, so every client can read it.
Your own domain
Point clients.yourfirm.com at Denby with one CNAME record. We issue the certificate and check the records every week.
Your words
Set the greeting and welcome message clients see, and the reply-to address on emails, so replies reach your inbox.
Your name first in every email
Client emails come from your firm's name, with your logo at the top. On the Firm plan and above, the small Denby footer goes too.
Who this is for
- Client portal for agencies
The portal looks like part of the agency's own service.
- Client portal for bookkeepers
A professional front door for every client.
- Client portal for real estate agents
Buyers and sellers see the agency, not a software vendor.
Questions people ask
Which plan do I need for my own domain?
Custom domains are on the Studio plan and above, from $49 a month. Every plan, including Solo, has your logo, colour and favicon on the portal and your name on client emails. Removing Denby's footer from emails is on Firm and Agency.
How do I connect my domain?
Add the domain in Settings and Denby shows three DNS records with copy buttons: one CNAME and two TXT records. Add them where you manage your domain. Denby checks every 15 minutes and switches the portal on as soon as the certificate is issued.
What if my logo is dark?
Your portal header uses your brand colour, which must be dark enough for white text. If your logo is dark too, Denby detects it and shows it on a small white plate so it stays visible. The Branding settings preview exactly what clients will see.
