Denby: a simpler SuiteDash alternative

SuiteDash is an all-in-one business suite: CRM, projects, invoicing with payments, scheduling, courses and a client portal. Denby does only the client portal, and does it with less setup. Prices are similar and both are flat-rate. Choose SuiteDash to replace several tools; choose Denby if you mainly need clients to respond.

When to choose SuiteDash

  • You want one subscription to replace your CRM, project management, invoicing and client portal.
  • You want to take card payments on invoices inside the same tool.
  • You're comfortable spending a week or two configuring modules to fit your business.

When to choose Denby

  • Your real problem is getting documents and decisions out of clients, not managing your whole business.
  • You want clients to sign in without a password, so they actually open the portal.
  • You'd rather keep the tools you already like for CRM and projects, and add a client-facing page beside them.

Moving from SuiteDash to Denby

Export client names and emails from SuiteDash as CSV and add them in Denby; clients get a portal invitation when you're ready, not before.

Move active files by downloading each client's folder and uploading it to their Denby page. Keep the SuiteDash archive for history until your retention period ends.

The trial is 14 days with no card, so you can run one real client through Denby before deciding.

Set up your first client portal in 20 minutes.
