Denby is a client document portal: you and your clients upload files to a private page per client, up to 2 GB each on the larger plans. Every file is scanned for viruses before it can be downloaded, keeps its earlier versions, and every download is logged with who, when and from where.

Large files, up to 2 GB on Firm and Agency, upload directly to storage in parts, so a slow connection can pick up where it left off instead of starting again.
Versions, not copies
Upload a file with the same name and it becomes version 2. The client sees the latest; you can open any earlier version.
Checked before anyone downloads
Every upload is scanned. Anything that looks like an executable pretending to be a document is quarantined, and the uploader is told.
Share on purpose
Decide per file whether the client can see it. Internal working files stay in the same place without being shown.
Deleted is not gone
Deleted files stay in a restorable list for 30 days, so a slip of the mouse is never a crisis.

What's the largest file I can upload?
It depends on the plan: 250 MB per file on Solo, 1 GB on Studio, and 2 GB on Firm and Agency. Files over 8 MB upload in parts, directly to storage, so large files don't depend on one unbroken connection. Your plan sets the total storage for the firm, from 10 GB on Solo to 2 TB on Agency.
How are downloads protected?
Files are never served from a public address. Each download uses a link that expires after five minutes and only works for someone signed in to that client's portal or your firm. Every download is recorded in the audit log.
Can I download everything a client sent at once?
Yes. Select files and download them as one zip, streamed straight from storage so it starts immediately. Files still waiting for their virus check are left out and listed, so nothing unchecked is bundled.
